At the time of writing Sussex House is the most recently refurbished modern commercial building within Chichester’s Ancient City Walls.
The building is a mixture of ground floor retail properties including 25 and 26 North Street, together with 9, 10, & 11 Crane Street.
12 Crane Street is the address of the 5 Suites of newly refurbished contemporary office spaces arranged over the first and second floors.
The building was originally constructed in the 1960’s. At the same time Crane Street was widened to improve its appeal as a pedestrian shopping area.
For many years the office spaces on the first and second floors were home the West Sussex County Council and in later years this included a direct data link to the offices in County Hall.

Today Sussex House is home to a professional community with a vision for working and living in the Chichester District.
The ground floor incorporates food, hairdressing, fashion and a pub while the upper floors are home to architects, a coworking and meeting space.
If you would like to know more about becoming a member of the coworking community please contact Rume2 directly or to enquire about the remaining available office suite please contact Vail Williams
